Hello, I have a problem. Whenever I finish a work and start the process of saving and exporting in ai format, the program shows a notification that there is a problem in Illustrator and it must be closed. It does not save the work for me completely and does not issue it either.

It was a program with the latest version and this problem appeared to me, so I changed it to the 2020 version, maybe it will work again, but there is no use, I can never save

I had a similar issue and forgot that I had a bottom most layer, a giant single square of one color that was maximum size possible, beyond the art board. This would cause error messages when saving or trying to export. You could try deleting layers one by one and see if you have a problem layer.

Also, try resetting Illustrator's preferences by following the steps shared in this article (https://helpx.adobe.com/illustrator/kb/troubleshoot-preference-issues.html) and sharing your observations.
Disclaimer: Please note that resetting preferences will remove all custom settings, and Illustrator will launch with the defaults. You may take a backup of these settings from the location mentioned in the article.
Looking forward to hearing from you.
Thanks,

Hello @Wafa2559254327op,
Thanks for getting back, and sorry for the late response. I would request you try running Illustrator under a different administrator account and check if it helps.
Also, try reinstalling the Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable and updating the GPU drivers, and share your observations.
Looking forward to your response.
Regards.
