I can't export PDF/X-3 and PDF/X-4 anymore - Issue

Since today I can't export PDF/X-3 and PDF/X-4 anymore.

Does someone know how to fix this?

When was the last time you rebooted the computer?

Is your color management turned on and set up correctly?

No, unfortunately with every file.

I've rebooted my computer after I couldn't export anymore.

Color management turned on and set up correctly.
