I cannot save my project in the format I want. I use paid. I want to download my project in png format but I can't. Please help me 😞

It's not really clear what you are trying to say. You need to explain in more detail what save/ export settings you use, what system you use, where you are trying to save the file.

Go to File>Export As and you can choose PNG as a format.
