I cannot open most recently saved cloud document in illustrator or Photoshop

I cannot open most recently saved cloud document in illustrator or Photoshop. I can open it if I make a copy from ipad and then go to desktop but never the most recently saved including when I go to file recent files. I can see it on my cloud files screen shots (below) but it is never clickable. The one prior always is. Please advise! I keep making copies to open a new one. UGH.

Could be something with your Creative Cloud account. Can you try and log out then in again?
