Can you check if it is a preview problem caused by the GPU Preview?
Try to switch between GPU and CPU: Cmd E or Ctrl E to see if it makes a difference.

thank you , I checked, using cpu and gpu , the result is the same, it is in the gradient part of the logo, but other parts are not. Now I downgrade the version to continue working.

If there is such a difference between versions, you may want to report it here:

Hi @rakkiat_5371,
Thanks so much for sharing the screenshots. I understand the issue is specifically affecting the gradient area of the logo after upgrading to Illustrator 2025, while everything worked fine in the 2024 version. Just to confirm, did reverting to the older version fully resolve the problem on your end for now?
Could you also let me know which macOS version you're currently using, and whether this happens in all documents with gradients or only in this particular file? If you're able to share the file (or a simplified version where the issue still occurs), that would help us investigate this further with the product team. You can upload it to any public cloud service like Google Drive or Dropbox and share a downloadable link, or send it via DM if the file is confidential.
Looking forward to your update.
Abhishek

Was all of the artwork originally created in Adobe Illustrator or was any of it imported? It is common for object shapes in imported PDF files to have gradient fills rendered as separate rectangular objects and then clipped to the parent object's shape. It would be very unusual for native Illustrator artwork to do the same thing when opened in a later version of Illustrator.
