Hello, I'm not able to download any files. I keep getting the message "Cannot save illustration. You do not have sufficient access privileges. Identification: -5000'' I've restarted the application and the computer, but nothing has worked. Can someone please help me?

Does Illustrator have full disk access?

Where is the file located?
