Hi

I want to know if this effect can be made into an illustrator.
Blender has a completely different form.
How should I make the effect of disappearing to the vanishing point when the vertical line of 0 and the horizontal line of 2 turn into a diagonal line?

It's probably still just a blend only that the inbetween curves have been manually adjusted after expanding the appearance and then colored. As a start, try to create a blend with a custom spine. This may help getting some of the twisting and bending.

I assume they are using the transform effect to rotate it. Rotating the artwork won't lead to that result.

You could also create this using just the transform effect.
