illuatrator problem

hi, please somebody help me . I downloaded the new version of illustrator. I did a project last night and saved it in adobe creative cloud. But when I opened illustrator, it was like this photo. And when I clicked the file and "open" I searched my project name, and it wasn't opening. And adobe creative cloud isn't also opening.

Did you try to Quit the CC App and reopen it?
