Hi there,

Sorry about the trouble. Could you please share a few details:

    • OS and version of Illustrator
    • Is the issue happening while opening some cloud documents or all the cloud documents?
    • Did you try Sign out and Sign in from within the app and Creative Cloud?

    • Open your browser and login into your Creative Cloud account (https://creativecloud.adobe.com/) and then visit this link (https://assets.adobe.com/cloud-documents); you will be able to locate your Illustrator cloud documents there, which will have the ". AIC" extension. Are you able to download your documents in Illustrator from there?
    • Does resetting Illustrator Preferences (https://helpx.adobe.com/in/illustrator/using/setting-preferences.html) help to resolve the issue?
Disclaimer: Please note that resetting preferences will remove all the custom settings, and Illustrator will launch with default settings. You can also take a backup of the folders in case you want to. Location is mentioned in the article.

I am looking forward to your response.

Thanks & Regards,
