Illustrato fecha sozinho

Tenho a mais recente versao do illustrator e por vezes varias vezes ao dia a plicação fecha sozinha, uso as configuracoes standart do illustrator a minha plca grafica e uma ASUS 4060ti com os drivers atualizados, alguem sabe como posso superar esta questao.
