Hello, I am the IT manager in my company and one of my clients uses Adobe software, the rest work fine (Ps, Id, Xd) but Illustrator just crashes when ANY file is opened, the program worked with no internet connection so I would assume its a Creative Cloud issue, I have tried the following:

Turning off GPU Performance

Trying lots of different files

Reinstalling Illustrator and Creative Cloud using Adobe CC cleaning tool.

Checking for plugins (there are non in use for Illustrator)

Turning Sync off

none of these worked.

I have saved every log and can fetch any file / info needed, and can easily reproduce the issue.

Attaching logs I think are helpful, help would be very much appreciated.

Perhaps something wrong with the OOBE folder.

Thanks for the reply, it appears to be working fine this week. If the issue returns, I will try these suggestions.
