I've moved this from the Using the Community forum (which is the forum for issues using the forums) to the Illustrator forum so that proper help can be offered.

This is version 26 or 26.0.2?
Which operating system?
Exactly where are you trying to save? Does it work elsewhere? not on a server, on different harddisk?
Save Cloud file instead of local or vice versa?
Which file format are you saving? Which options?
Are there 3rd party plugins involved?
Fonts?
What you can try: disable "Save in background" in the Illustrator preferences before you save.
If nothing else works and in order to get the file to save at all:
Try EPS. Make sure to have it the most current version (which will embed a fully editable AI file, so nothing is lost)
If EPS does not work: try SVG. Make very sure to turn on "Illustrator editable" in order to embed the fully editable AI file. If you don't check that option you will ruin your file for all editing.

You have rasterized it?
It's no longer editable in Illustrator then.

I know but it was the only way for saving my work at the moment. Now I'm rastrizing parts who are complicated and that works. Do I need a stronger model of pc ?
