Hi there,
We are sorry to hear about this. Please click on "Check for updates" manually in the Creative Cloud desktop app for v26.0.3.
Also, please check if toggling cmd+e helps resolve the pasteboard issue or not.
If it doesn't, I will request you to please share a small video demonstrating all your issues. It would be really helpful for us, and we can assist you accordingly.
I will be looking forward to your response.
Thanks & Regards,

Hi Anshul,
I have clicked on 'Check for updates' manually and nothing comes up. I only have v 26.0.1 available (which is the one currently installed and is having the glitches above) I am on a full licence to CC (yearly). Would you be able to tell me why i havent got the most recent update to install?
Pressing cmd+e hasn't resolved the pasteboard. It is also not letting me duplicate the pasteboard with the artwork included. It turns up blank. Here is a little video in ai. to show you.
Maybe this may also be resolved with having the most current update available too (still unsure why i dont have
v 26.0.3 in my updates) Hope you can help me resolve this.
Thank you 🙂

Thanks for trying that. I would request you to please try the steps mentioned in this help article (https://helpx.adobe.com/in/creative-cloud/kb/creative-cloud-application-recognizing-available.html). Let us know if you are able to update or not.

Hi Anshul,
Apologies for the delay, i went through the steps in the article above and the only step that worked was the step to uninstall the app and reinstall the app again.
What i noticed is that uninstalling illustrator brought it back into the 'updates tab' and it provided the latest update i needed; this was also the case when i uninstalled photoshop and indesign.
Attached is a screenshot of the three apps that are now up-to-date.
Will the need to uninstall these apps be the only way to get latest updates moving forward? Or does this sound more like a problem with the Creative Cloud Desktop app that needs to be resolved? I.e. Uninstalling the Desktop app.
Further to this, in the latest illustrator version (v26.0.3), the artboard name still isn't visible on the actual artboard (it blocks out in grey even though an artboard name has been entered). A screenshot of this glitch is also attached.
Any help with these concerns would be great moving forward.
Thanks in advance,
Natalie

Thanks for trying the steps. It seems like more of a Creative Cloud app issue that got resolved with a reinstallation. For your issue, Artboard names are not showing up in Illustrator. I would suggest you try the following steps:
Note: Location starting with this "~" sign indicates the User Library, which is hidden. So, you need to copy & paste the exact path in spotlight search or from Finder Menu > Go > Go to Folder > Paste the location in the dialog box like this:
Let us know how it goes.
I will be looking forward to your response.
