Illustrator 2022 Right-click issue again

Seems when leaving Illustrator on, but not in use eventually disables being able to right-click. 

I've never experienced this before since CC came out but see in 2012 and 2017 people would have this problem. The solution was to trash the prefs. Most recently I saw holding the option down and clicking the logo??

Anyway, I'm on a MacPro with Big Sur and though it's only slightly annoying to have to restart, it's probably something worth mentioning to be addressed.
