Illustrator 2023 painel dos menus não abre

Os painéis dos menus (File / Edit / Object / Type / Select / Effect / View / Windows / Help) não estão abrindo. Não consigo salvar, abrir novos arquivos ou modificar qualquer coisa que necessite abrir uma caixa de menu. A caixa do menu aparece em frações de segundos e some; Já reinstalei o programa e não revolveu o problema. 

 

(No print anexo quase não dá pra ver a caixa. Ela aparece tão rapidamente que mal dá pra ver).

Hello @zooiioo0,

 

Sorry to hear about this experience. Would you mind trying the following steps and checking if it helps:

 

  • Close all Adobe applications
  • Navigate to C:\Program Files\Common Files\Adobe\UXP
  • Rename the UXP folder to UXP.old
  • Relaunch Illustrator

RAM - 32 GB

GPU - AMD Radeon RX 6600 - Primary/Discrete
VRAM - 8176 MB - GDDR6 1750 MHz
Windows Edition - Windows 11 Professional (64 bit)
Windows Version - 22H2

We understand that encountering technical issues can be frustrating. Would you mind trying to run Illustrator under a different administrator account (Windows / macOS) and checking if it helps?

 

If the problem persists, kindly use the Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool (https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/cc-cleaner-tool-installation-problems.html) to remove Illustrator and then reinstall it from the Adobe Creative Cloud application and share your observations.

Estou com o mesmo problema, mas não consegui resolver usando os procedimentos acima. Já usei o cleaner e reinstalei 2 vezes, mas não funciona.

Estou usando a versão 28.1 do Illustrator

Minhas configurações de sistema são:

RAM instalada 8,00 GB (utilizável: 7,83 GB)
Tipo de sistema Sistema operacional de 64 bits, processador baseado em x64

Edição Windows 10 Home Single Language 64
Versão 22H2

Adaptadores de vídeo:

- Fresco Logic IDDCX Adapter

I'm sorry to hear that you're still facing issues with Illustrator's menu panel. Let's try a few more steps to troubleshoot this:

  • Instead of shutting down, try restarting your computer. Sometimes, this can help resolve certain issues.

  • If possible, consider updating to Windows 11. Some compatibility issues & corrupted system files will be repaired with the latest operating system.

  • Create a new administrator account on your machine and check if Illustrator works correctly there. This will help us determine if the issue is specific to your user account.
