Illustrator 2023 won't save

Just updated to Ventura yesterday. If I try to save or export a file in Illustrator 23, I get the rainbow wheel spin like it's thinking, then nothing. Rainbow wheel goes away, no prompts to save anything. 

Save in background is turned off. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Does Illustrator have full disk access?

Is a printer properly installed in your system?
