Illustrator 2025 keeps crashing randomly

I'm furious right now! Illustrator just crashed after 10 hours of work!!!!!! It recovered the file, but only at the stage I was probably at after just 2 hour,  the rest is completely lost! I checked everything, and it saved approximately nothing!!!! 

 HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE WITH ADOBE !!!!!!
NOW THE PROGRAM DOESNT WORK AT ALL! !!
WHAT TO DO ?!

Just to clarify, did you save the file or did you worked for 10 hours without saving the file?
