I keep Illustrator up today, but it keeps shutting down the computer by heating it after one or two minutes of opening. I even can not access the creative clound to day. I am so disappointed.

Is your Windows 10 the most up to date with Service Packs and all?
Can you check if your printer is set up correctly?
Do you have any third party extensions in Illustrator?
Did you already try and reset the preferences?
Does it work when you boot into Safe Mode?

Yes, the Windows and Service Packs are up to date.
Printer set up -> It was "Default," but then I changed it to "Adobe PDF." Is it correct?
Third-Party extensions -> I have not installed any so far -> It shows the Adobe library and the Logi mouth.
Reset the preferences -> Yes, I did.
Only "Safe Mode" I did not see Run Diagnostics after re-opening the crash file. -> only show option open recovery file
I follow all your suggestions except "Safe Mode" with a newly created file. It is still crashing. :((
It seems that if I open Illustrator and do not create or open any project, it doesn't shut down the laptop.

Setting the printer inside Illustrator will not help with the more kind of general printer issues. For those it is important to have them set up correctly in the system.

Can you create new files?
Is it just one file that shuts down Illustrator?

Hello @Trinh26689875qu3e,
As pointed out by Monika, it seems might only be affecting specific files, or files which are placed on a OneDrive or similar cloud-synced folder.
Would you mind trying this with a new file placed on a folder location which is not synced or placed on a network/removable drive to see if it helps? Additionally, try right-clicking on the file you're having trouble with and choose the option for Always keep on this device and share your observations.
Looking forward to hearing from you.
