Desde hace una semana, sin hacer ninguna actualización de macOS, dejo de funcionar Ilustrador 2025, se queda en la sección inicial y el cursor de colores dando vueltas, y no pasa de ahí. Si lo desintalo y lo instalo nuevamente, en ocaciones funciona, en otras no, tampoco me funcionó versiones anteriores. Son herramientas de trabajo y que nos cuestan, es muy molesto no poder trabajar, necesitamos una solución inmediata.

@BEGRIFFE_ yo mentioned that you have uninstalled and reinstalled it. Did you use Adobe Cleaner? I would only use the official Adobe Claner Tool from Adobe website only. The Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool helps fix installation issues, remove corrupted Adobe apps, and clean up leftover files that may interfere with new installations. Followthe on-screen prompts, and when the time comes to re-install Illustrator, go back to Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop App and download a fresh and new Illustrator...this is crucial, don't use the previous installer, as it may be corrupted, and basically you be back at square one again.

I hope the steps shared by the expert helped get Illustrator running again. If you're still facing the issue, please confirm the exact version of Illustrator 2025 you have installed and the macOS version you're using.
If you're on macOS 26.0 (Tahoe), please try launching the app in Safe Mode and see if it still hangs at startup. This helps rule out interference from any third-party software. You can follow the steps here: Start up your Mac in safe mode.

Hello. First of all, thank you for your help. I followed the exact steps, but unfortunately, the problem persists. I'm going to uninstall the entire suite and reinstall it to see if that helps. I'll let you know how it goes.
