Illustrator 26.0.2 issue - unable to explore SVG (Windows 11)

I have a big problem with Illustrator 26.0.2 where I cannot explore svg. Adobe support itself doesn't know the cause. Have any of you had the same problem?

I was removing preferences and I was reinstalling the illustrator

Sorry to hear about your experience. Is it a specific SVG file that you are unable to explore or all? Would it be possible for you to share the SVG file with us? Also, please check if you can explore it from the older version of Illustrator.

This applies to the entire program, not the file. My friend has the same version of illustrator but for windows 10 and everything works for him

Exactly where are you trying to save the files?

Try the local harddisk and a folder that is not synchronized.

And also try and turn off "Export in background" in the Preferences.
