Once the pdf file protected by security settings is saved, the PDF security settings are automatically set to empty, it can't keep the original security settings and password. Does anyone know that the latest version fixes this problem?
Doesn't sound like a bug. I would expect to be able to edit a secured file at all - if Illustrator offers to take the security off and try to edit, that's a bonus.

I think it is logical that the contents and attributes of a document should remain unchanged in where i didn't change, such as color space, input / output settings, etc. of course, it also includes PDF settings. Therefore, it is reasonable that it should not be changed when I do not change PDF settings (I just open the document with a password without changing the password and settings),So I think this is a bug.
