Illustrator 26.02 bug with filling shapes with pattern swatches is back!!

Hello, I just wanted to let you know that the bug with filling shapes with pattern swatches from earlier this year is back!! It keeps filling shapes with old swatches, no matter what I do. I have turned to version 26.01 for now. Hopefully you can fix this again soon. Thank you.

Sorry about the trouble. I assume you are referencing to this issue (https://illustrator.uservoice.com/forums/601447-illustrator-desktop-bugs/suggestions/43713711-patter...). Could it be possible for you to share the sample file with a sample swatch and a small video demonstrating the issue? I would forward this to the product team and get this issue addressed. Also, please confirm the OS as well.
