Illustrator 27.0.1 crashing when saving as EPS

Hi, since updating to Illustrator 27.0.1 I have an ongoing issue with Illustrator haning and then crashing when saving as an Illustrator EPS.

I have tried multiple files, restarted both application and computer numerous times.

Was all working fine before the update.

Anyone else having this same issue?

Have you tried clearing your preferences?

Also what setup do you have? This will help us to know advise we can give and who can help answer your issues.

Are you saving to your desktop? If not, please try that as well.
