the Illustrator touch mode does not work correctly when using a stylus on an HP ZBook Studio x360 G5 with touchscreen and Quadro P2000 graphics card. The Brush tool does not preview the brush stroke in Touch mode when using an HP Pen G3. You can see the drawn stroke only after setting it down. Sometimes when using the Pen Tool for the first time after starting the program, the brush stroke is briefly displayed while drawing. After the first time, it doesn't work anymore. With hand or mouse it works without problems. In normal mode, everything works wonderfully also when using the input pen, the stroke is displayed while drawing. I have tried all tips from a post about a similar error - unfortunately no success (https://community.adobe.com/t5/illustrator-discussions/touch-mode-not-working-properly-in-illustrato...
Reset Illustrator settings: Error persists
App in safe mode: error persists
Windows Settings > Bluetooth & Devices > Pen & Windows Ink > Turn off "Let me use my pen as a mouse when it's available" : Error persists.
Reinstall Illustrator: : Error remains.
Preferences > Devices: Turn off "Wacom": Error persists.
When "Wacom" is enabled, there are dropouts in brush strokes.
In other applications, the preview works without problems when drawing with the brush and the HP pen.
Illustrator Version is 27.3.1 german. Thank you for you.
