Illustrator abre e fecha as janelas instantaneamente

De um tempo pra cá, meu aplicativo vem apresentando esse problema, as vezes apenas uma reinicialização do meu notebook resolve, porém ele volta a apresentar algum tempo após.

Nunca vi nada parecido acontecer, no vídeo anexado está especificado o ocorrido.

Olá.

Eu não sei se resolverá para você, mas no meu caso, resolveu.

Desinstalei o driver da placa de vídeo e depois, o Creative Cloud. 
Removi as pastas de instalação da Adobe que restaram (guardei para reutilizar as bibliotecas e espaços de trabalho) para outro local. 
Reinstalei o Driver para uma versão anterior, quando não tinham erros.
Depois instalei a versão mais nova do Creative Cloud, com a versões mais atuais do Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, etc. 
Depois só incluí as pastas de biblioteca e

Sorry to hear about the trouble you are facing. I would request you to share a few more details like:

  • The exact version of Illustrator
  • When did this start happening?
  • Are there any recent changes made to your system? For example, any antivirus, system updates, plugins, or web extensions installed recently.
  • Does resetting Illustrator Preferences (https://helpx.adobe.com/illustrator/using/setting-preferences.html) help to resolve the issue?
    Disclaimer: Please note that resetting preferences will remove all the custom settings, and Illustrator will launch with default settings. You can also take a backup of the folders in case you want to. Location is mentioned in the article.

 

Also, I would suggest you to try the following steps and let us know how it goes:

  • Please check how the app behaves in Safe Mode (Windows)
  • Rename the CEP folder to CEP.old from the following location:
    C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe
  • If that doesn't help, rename the UXP folder to UXP.old from the following locations:
    C:\Program Files\Common Files\Adobe\
    C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe
  • If that doesn't help either, uninstall the application using the CC Cleaner tool and reinstall from the Creative Cloud Desktop app.

• Alguns meses atrás

• Apenas atualizações da DELL e Creative Cloud
• Já fiz isso, porém não resolveu
__________________________________________
• No modo de segurança do Windows o aplicativo funciona normalmente
• Fiz todo o procedimento especificado acima e o problema continua

Espero resolver o mais breve possível, pois está atrapalhando o meu trabalho...

Thanks for sharing the details & trying the steps. It seems some third-party app is interfering with the app as Illustrator works fine in Safe Mode. I would request you to close the apps running in the background one by one using Task Manager when this issue starts happening to find the culprit app causing this. I hope it helps!

Olá! Estou com o mesmo problema. Isso aconteceu há alguns meses atrás e consegui resolver atualizando a versão do meu sistema operacional para windows 11. Porém desde ontem o problema voltou a acontecer. Já reinstalei o illustrator, baixei novas atualizações do windows e ainda não resolveu. As janelas de confirmação aparecem e logo somem, não sendo possível usar o programa.

We are sorry to hear that & for the delayed response. I hope that the issue has been resolved by now. If not, I would suggest trying the steps suggested by me above in the order, and if that doesn't help, I would recommend updating/reinstalling the GPU drivers to see if that helps or not.

Estou com o mesmo problema. Depois que o Illustrator atualizou para 2023 esse bug começou. Já reinstalei, atualizei drive, tudo! Nada funcionou.

  • Rename the CEP folder to CEP.old from the following location:
    C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe
  • If that doesn't help, rename the UXP folder to UXP.old from the following locations:
    C:\Program Files\Common Files\Adobe\
    C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe

Já atualizei o Illustrator, instalei a versão anterior, atualizei o driver da placa de vídeo, voltei para uma versão anterior do driver... O que mais posso fazer para resolver?

Percebo que existem problemas também no Photoshop e In Design.

If the issue persists, kindly share some more details, like the exact version of the OS and Illustrator installed on your computer, system configuration (CPU/GPU/Memory), and whether Illustrator also behaves this way with other files.
