I recently installed Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign on my Win 10 22H2 computer. Photoshop works fine, but Illustrator displays an error (see image) and InDesign won't even open. Can anybody help me to figure this problem out?

Thanks in advance,

Hello,

Thanks for the suggestions. Turns out the problem had something to do with the version of Windows I had installed in my computer. I already changed it to Windows 10 Pro and everything works fine now.

Thanks again for your help.

Hello @Tania*_*,

I'm sorry to hear about the trouble you're having with Illustrator on your computer. Would you mind trying the suggestions shared in this help article (https://adobe.ly/3C8Sjni) to check if they help resolve the problem?

Also, try the following steps to reinstall the Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable and share your observations:

- Close all Adobe apps

- Uninstall all currently installed Microsoft Visual C Redistributable packages

- Install the latest Microsoft Visual C Redistributable package from here: (https://adobe.ly/3WhxI7k)

- Relaunch Illustrator

Looking forward to hearing from you.
