I am running into a problem in using Illustrator and Photoshop. In usage the program freeze and then create a critical error that makes me restart my computer. Is this a program issue or a system issue? Or both?

Any information on your computer? OS, version, disk space, graphic card? This all can be part of the problem or the solution.
