Looks like the usual hardware acceleration issues, in your case likely only appearing after a while once the GPU buffers cannot be flushed anymore. Start by updating and checking your system's graphics driver as well as the relevant options in the AI prefs and view settings. Permanently switching to software-only rendering may be necessary. Based on your crammed screenshot this looks like a weaker laptop or something similar that may never satisfactorily work with hardware acceleration.
