Illustrator Black screen

Hello, when I click on Illustrator to open the software I have a black screen that appears and it does not goaway, as if the software was "empty" and could not go any more. Can you help me please ? 
I uninstalled and re-installed the software several times, nothing works.

Did you run the Cleaner Tool?

Yes I just did it and it still doesn't work ... I don't know what to do anymore

ok, let's just check the sequence:- you uninstalled, ran the cleaner tool, reinstalled?

yes I did everything and nothing works 

I did what had been advised to others who had the same problem, still nothing
