Illustrator can not save files

I can not save Files in Illustrator … the save button is inactive, the cancel button doesn’t work … I just can get out of the file dialogue by pressing eht escape key … that did come suddenly … restart, new installation … nothing works. It worked before.

Hi @Christian Schröter,

We are sorry for the trouble. As @Ton Frederiks suggested, did updating macOS helps? We worked with Apple and addressed this issue with the latest macOS update, v12.3.1, released last week.

Does it work when you resize the dialog box?

I’ve just updated to 12.3.1 … now it works again … nice … I hope it persists …
