I work on Mac Air M1 (Big Sur), when i start the program it freezes all the time and can't open ANY file including new ones. It freezes right after i click " Open" . Its updated, i tried older versions, used Cleaner tool, reinstalled Illustrator, reinstalled CC many times, restart the system but the problem is still there. Ps or Indesign works well, so just this program has errors.

I would welcome any help! Thank you
