Illustrator cannot open my own cloud files

I just change new PC .After Login to illustrator and try to open my cloud file .System said : Can't open file The account you signed in with doesn't have access to this file. Contact the owner for more info.Please advise how to fix.Thank you very much

@somsakp39149940 I would try to log out and remember which account you are using exactly. I have two accounts, so I get it!
