Hi, I need to buy this version of Illustrator. My ColorCut Pro Plugin only works with that version. Is possible to buy it?

Do you already have a CC subscription? If so, you can download and activate the 2017 version from here:

You can't “buy” a specific version, but you can buy a subscription to Adobe programs or the whole Creative Cloud apps. However, as a standard, you can go back only one major version. So, when today 2023 is active, you can go back to 2022.

ProDesignTools has a list of links that point to official Adobe servers (so it's a collection of links, not a software repository) for older software. However, as that is dependent on Adobe's decision to keep alive that destination, it may well be, that you can't download the data requested. In that case, you may have to contact Adobe customer care.

The best option, however, would be to upgrade your plug-in.
