Hello!

I am struggling with adobe illustartor 2021 color settings . I believe i messed up the settings ;  Im from Saudi Arabia I wonder if there is a specific settings for Southwest Asia users or specifically Middle Easters . Does illustrator have a defualt color setting that can be used in all regions ?

The picture below shows the effect on colors based on the color settings.

ps . the north american general purpose 2 is most likely to be the accurate colors , but i have do idea if its the settings used in my region .

As Monika mentioned it is a bug caused by the recent Photoshop update. It sets your Color Settings to Emulate Illustrator 6, which turns color management off.

If that is the case, use the CC app to revert Photoshop to the Previous version (22.2.0) and then change your Color Settings to what you want it to be.

The "Emulate Illustrator 6" setting is a bug.

Could you perhaps search the forum for it? There are a couple of threads.

As for the correct profiles for your region: I would talk to color management experts respectively with your printing service providers and ask which profiles they use. It highly depends on your workflows and collaborators.
