We understand that encountering technical issues can be frustrating. Would you mind checking if the files are placed on a network/removable drive or a cloud-synced folder (Google Drive / Dropbox, OneDrive, etc.), and if yes, moving the file to a local directory, like the desktop, to check if it helps?
