Illustrator could partially read the file

I was working on this file today and then I closed the app. When I tried to open the file later it showed the message "illustrator could partially read the file" and nothing but a blank page appears.

Is there a way to recover the file? I can still see the preview/thumbnail (attached) of the recent files with my artwork but I really cannot open it.

Thanks

Hi!

Sorry, it's an illustrator file. I can upload it but it's 320 mb.

So there's still a fair bit of data in there!

I'm assuming you don't have a back-up.

Have you used transparency a lot?

If not, you could try running it through distiller and seeing what's rescued...

Unfortunately I don't. And I also stupidly I didn't save it as a PDF compatible file (it would take ages to save).

No, I don't think I was using any transparency.

I've never used distiller (I don't even think I know what it is). Could you guide me?

Thanks for the help!

You will most probably need the help of @Anshul_Saini

There is no guarantee whatsoever that it will work.
