I noticed, that after reinstall with removing preferences (which is better to backup first) there's some leftovers in this folder. Actually, it must be fully deleted after uninstall. So I (backed up and) deleted everything, and installed Ai back. It works now, I even upgraded it to 22.0.1 today.

Probably you need to re-install.

You can first try if restarting the computer and/or resetting the preferences helps.

To reset the preferences you can rename the folder.

Overall I'm not so satisfied with development of CC.

Problems with stability, performance and price.

Camera RAW in 32bit images, abandoned MUSE and not working brushes in AI. XD is great but now its free...

Im going to check Affinity trial.

Worth checking the plugins in (Disk):\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Illustrator CC 2018\Plug-ins

It helped in my case. Helped to return to 22.0 version and get rid of AIPostman error.

I rolled back to previous version, 22.0.0.0.0.0.0 in my case. Now I can't start because of AIPostman.dll.

I'll keep you informed...
