Illustrator has been crashing when going to Microsoft Edge Search.  Does not happen everytime, but 1 out of every 3 searches.  Using version 26.0.2., but this issue began in version 25.  Any suggestions.

Hi Chrissean,

this is the first time I’ve heard about this problem. It’s very strange. Does this problem only occur when you switch from Adobe Illustrator to Edge or even if you switch from software other than Edge?

Hi,

I have the same issue with the above description. I realize that the problem happened when the system is on idle with both app opened (meaning u do nothing with the computer while reading material). When I tried to look at the Task Manager, both app are suspended and not responding. Please help us on the case. Im currently using version 25.0.

Thank you,
