Illustrator crashing while opening AutoCAD 2025 DXF in Illustrator 28.6 on Windows 11

I recently updated to windows 11 and all of a sudden when trying to convert my DXF files to AI (28.6) has stopped working and my AI program crashes. 

this is the current error code I am getting. Does anyone have a fix?
