Illustrator CS6 - interface problem, all lines are being transferred in black

Hi,

I have the following problem: We are still working with Illustrator CS6 for our laser cutters. For the past few days, the Ctrl+P transfer to the UCP driver of the laser cutter has not been working as it should. All RGB lines are now only output in black. We are using an Illustrator template, which is not the issue since it works on our second laser cutter. So the problem must be somewhere in the interface. Unfortunately, it has been impossible for us to find the error so far.
