Hi,

Hi Everyone, I am hoping someone can help with an Adobe Illustrator problem I am having. The cut lines I send to my Rayjet 50 in my latest design don't appear. I always use RGB Red 255 and 0.001 stroke thickness. The old files still work fine. I have chatted with Adobe and they were zero help

Are the files you're having problems with set in RGB color space? They would need to be RGB to for a line stroke to hold a RGB 255 Red stroke color. Have you updated the software that controls your Rayjet 50? If so, they might have changed something with how the software "sees" cut paths. Normally for the print/cut work I do I have to create a custom spot color named "CutContour" and apply that to line strokes of intended cut paths. The Rayjet 50 may be different.

Hi Bobby,
I have the color settings on RGB. This is a wierd one, it just seems to be

Many thanks.
