illustrator dice que no tiene memoria para procesar en macOS

Tengo un Imac nuevo, no tengo información guardada en el, pero al intentar usar illustrator me dice que no tiene memoria para procesar en macOS, alguna sugerencia?

Ya realicé todos los pasos que aparecen en la Ayuda de Adobe y no funcionaron

Thanks for sharing the details. Would you mind confirming if this happens when working with a particular feature or file? Also, I would suggest not using other apps when running Illustrator on your computer as the available memory on your computer just meets the minimum system requirements (https://adobe.ly/4gJFRKb).

El equipo esta nuevo lo acabo de adquirir, sucede con cualquier movimiento en un archivo complejo que tenga degradados o efectos. No tengo nada guardado en el equipo porque como menciono está nuevo, no uso otras aplicaciones ni ventanas abiertas mientras trabajo y aun así sucede con el primer moviemiento que haga, ese mismo archivo lo trabajo en un macOS Catalina en un equipo 2013 con illutrator 27.6.1 y funciona perfecto

You could try the suggestions shared here (https://adobe.ly/4gITh9c) to improve Illustrator performance on your computer, but please note that this computer is severely limited by the memory available. Kindly avoid using any other apps while using Illustrator for the best experience.
