Illustrator drawing to PPT (not working on MAC and working on Windows, why?)

Hi everyone,

I do copypaste any eps drawing from Illustrator to PowerPoint and then can edit it right in PPT as an editable graphic. But it works only on Windows OS.

When I am trying to do the same on Macbook, it is pasted as an image and I cannot ungroup and edit it. 

Is anyone know how to fix it?
