Adobe support center notified that I should reset the OS version or wait for better compatibility with illustrator and Mac OS to solve the problem.

How long will it take?

Hi @Molang,

I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing compatibility issues with Adobe Illustrator and Mac OS Sonoma 14.0.

To better assist you, could you please provide more information about the issue you're facing? If you could share any error messages or screenshots, it would be helpful in diagnosing the problem.

Additionally, if you can share the specific file that is causing the issue, it might provide more insights into what's going wrong. Knowing where the file is saved (locally or in the cloud) would also be useful information.

Once we have more details, we can try to find a solution or offer more specific guidance.

Best,

Anshul Saini
