Hello @arup_1880,
Thanks for reaching out. Could you try installing the latest Illustrator (Beta) (https://adobe.ly/4pAIOQU) to see if the problem persists?
Looking forward to hearing from you.

I have a similar problem. This was already known in version 29.8.1 and is very dangerous, as it has now destroyed the entire file in version 30.0 as well.
Yesterday, I created a plan in Illustrator and also made a PDF of it. The PDF is useful because it shows what the file should actually look like when you open the Illustrator file. Yesterday, it still looked great when I saved it. But today I wanted to change the plan, and unfortunately I have to say that it has completely destroyed the file again.
Excuse me, Adobe, am I supposed to trust this software? We often have a lot of packaging. What if it messes up these files as well? The problem with all this is that it cannot be restored, even if I try using the old version 29.7.1, which works fine.
So, now it's your turn. What is going on here? How does Adobe justify a price increase with bugs like this?
Attached my Files. Try it.
Toby

I found the solution! Just use CPU Preview (macOS: ⌘+E). You’ll get perfect results in the latest version.

But in your file, it doesn’t work.

Yes, unfortunately that doesn't work with the defective file anymore. That's exactly what's so disastrous. Imagine you've processed 20 packages and they're all ruined.
