Hello,
After spending some time in Illustrator, I keep getting the "has stopped working" warning. I can't do my work. Other adobe apps don't have this problem. Can you help me? I added a video to the plugin section.

I am getting the error when changing the size of the text. That part is not visible in the video.
Thanks

Which version and system is it?

PLease tell us your hardware specifications.

Which font is it? Does it happen with all fonts?

How many fonts are installed?

Illustrator 27.4,
I have this problem not only when dealing with writing, but after spending some time I get an error. For example, I can get an error while drawing a shape.
hardware specifications: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-3337U CPU @ 1.80GHz 1.80 GHz. 8GB RAM. x64.r
intel hd graphics 4000 2gb and amd radeon hd 8500m/8700m 6gb.
I used Photoshop, Audition and Premier Pro. I dealt with much more complex tasks. However, do you think it might be a system error to get this error after a simple text enlargement or shape drawing in Illustrator?

8 GB of RAM is just not that much. It's the bare minimum to run Illustrator at all.

Can the problem be fixed if I downgrade from 27.4? Which version would you recommend?

It can maybe be addressed by downgrading, because lower versions are less demanding. Just try out, which version suits you best. 27.3.1 is available as is 26.

Hello @Lazmanya,

We understand that encountering technical issues can be frustrating. Would you mind performing a clean reinstallation of the GPU drivers (Intel / NVIDIA / AMD) and setting the Graphics Preference to High-Performance for Illustrator (https://www.amd.com/en/support/kb/faq/gpu-110) and checking if it helps?

Looking forward to hearing from you.

Thanks,

Anubhav
