Illustrator icon does not appear in Launchpad

I recently installed the update for Illustrator (2023), but it doesn’t display in my Launchpad app. I’ve tried:

• Uninstalling then reinstalling the Illustrator app
• Dragging the Illustrator app to the launchpad icon in my dock
• Resetting Launchpad by removing the .db files from the “Dock” folder in my Library “Application Support” folder, then restarting my computer

None of the above “fixes” fixed the problem. Any thoughts? Thanks in advance.

Thanks kglad. I’ve tried both of the fixes outlined in this article with no success.
