Illustrator is completely unstable

What the Hell happened to Illustrator? It crashes fo no apparent reason out of the blue (on a top-shelf HP notebook with Windows 11 and all the latest updates and drivers), making it impossible to complete projects. I am paying over $50 a month for this horseshit. This is inexcusable and unacceptable. For God's sake, please hire skilled developers! You are killing us here.
