Illustrator is not opening.

Can someone please suggest how to fix it? 
My illustrator is not opening, Im using iMac 2020 with MacOs Montery

Have you run the latest Monterey updates?

Try holding shift+control+option+command when you startup before the splashscreen appears to reset preferences.
