I tried to apply an SVG filter on an image in Illustrator. And the pop came. It keeps on going and nothing happens. I force quit the app and still, it keeps on bugging me.

Does anyone know how to stop this action completely?

That error is when you open the file? SVG effects are meant for RGB, because that is the color space SVG is working in.
